Caitlin S. Weisberg
Caitlin S. Weisberg joined Kaye, McLane & Bednarski in April 2011. Before joining the firm, Ms. Weisberg was engaged in complex civil litigation as an attorney for Bredhoff & Kaiser PLLC and, from 2008-2009, served as a law clerk for the Honorable Jan E. DuBois of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Weisberg received her J.D. from Stanford Law School in 2008, where she served as an editor-in-chief of the Stanford Law & Policy Review and as an editor for the
Stanford Law Review. During law school, Ms. Weisberg focused heavily on criminal law and civil rights. She participated in the launch of Stanford's Three Strikes Project, the only legal organization in the country committed exclusively to representing defendants sentenced under California's Three Strikes law, was a student of Stanford's Youth and Education Law Project, and worked for the Defender Association of Philadelphia, representing indigent criminal defendants charged with misdemeanors and felonies.
Ms. Weisberg earned her B.A. in Sociology and Art History from Wellesley College in 2003, graduating magna cum laude and with Phi Beta Kappa membership. She was born and raised in Washington, D.C. and, having only recently relocated to the Los Angeles area, is trying to take advantage of the city's sunshine and attractions.
